Road Standard Wheelset

Our road wheelset is a wonderful upgrade to any 700c, 130mm spaced bike. They make a great training, racing, or touring wheelset for the road, and are also right at home on the cyclocross course. A23, Fusion, or Deep V, Dyad rims are laced to our sealed cartridge bearing road hubs using 14 gauge Sapim Leader spokes and brass nipples.

All Velocity wheels come with our best rim strip solution, Velotape for rims with a tubeless webbing and Veloplugs for rims with traditional/non-tubeless webbing.

Upgrades are available.
Sapim Race 14/15 gauge spokes save 30 grams per wheel and will outlast a standard 14 gauge spoke.
Alloy nipples save 20 grams per wheel.

Veloplugs replace a traditional rim strip and are lighter, more durable, and less susceptible to water damage than cloth or tape strips. Can be used on the Deep V, Fusion or Dyad.  A23 needs our Velotape.
